Mac-A-Roni Creamy Cheddar Flavor

  • 6 cups
    of water
  • 1/4 cup
    of 2% milk
  • 4 tablespoons
    of butter or margarine

What You'll Do

Stove Top
1 Boil at least 6 cups of water on high in a medium saucepan. Stir in pasta. Cook for 8 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
2 Drain the pasta. DO NOT RINSE. Return to pan.
3 Add 4 Tbsp. of butter or margarine and let it fully melt. Add 1/4 cup of milk and seasoning. Mix well and serve warm.
Microwave
1 In a 2-quart microwavable bowl, add 3 cups water.
2 Microwave uncovered at High 5-6 minutes or until boiling.
3 Slowly stir in pasta.
4 Microwave at high 4-6min or until pasta is tender; drain any excess water.
5 Add 4 Tbsp butter, 1/4 cup milk and seasoning.
6 Mix well and serve warm. *Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.
LESS FAT DIRECTIONS
1 Prepare as directed, using 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine and ¼ cup fat-free milk.
