Ingredients

  • 4.9-ounce package RICE-A-RONIĀ® Chicken & Broccoli Flavor
  • 2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, cooked, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pea pods, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare Rice-A-Roni Mix as package directs; cool.
  2. Add chicken, lettuce, carrots, pea pods, mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper flakes; mix well. Chill.
