- 6.9-ounce package RICE-A-RONI® Lower Sodium Chicken
- 3-1/2 ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
- Prepare Rice-A-Roni Mix as package directs adding chicken with water and contents of seasoning packet.
- Continue to cook as package directs, adding remaining ingredients during last 10 minutes of cooking.
