  • (6.9-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI ® Chicken Flavor
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
  • 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare RICE-A-RONI mix as package directs, adding onions and garlic with water. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in chicken, chiles and cilantro; heat through. To serve, alternate tomato and avocado in circular pattern on top of rice mixture.
