Skillet Supper Ole
Recipe Yield: 6 Servings
- (6.9-ounce) package RICE-A-RONI ® Chicken Flavor
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 4-ounce can chopped green chiles, undrained
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- Prepare RICE-A-RONI mix as package directs, adding onions and garlic with water. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, chiles and cilantro; heat through. To serve, alternate tomato and avocado in circular pattern on top of rice mixture.
