What You Will Need
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of margarine*
*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
- In a large skillet, combine rice-pasta mix and margarine, butter or spread with no trans fat. Saute over medium heat until pasta is golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Slowly stir in water and Special Seasonings; bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 17 to 22 minutes or until rice is tender.
