What You'll Need
- 2 cups
of water - 2/3 cup
of milk - 2 tablespoons
of butter or margarine
What You'll Do
1 | In a medium saucepan, combine rice, water and butter or margarine, bring to a boil. |
2 | Cover, reduce heat to low. Simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. |
3 | Stir in 2/3 cup milk and Special Seasonings. Increase heat to high. Boil for 1 to 2 more minutes stirring constantly; sauce will be creamy. |
4 | Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 3 minutes. Stir well before serving. |
