What You'll Need
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of margarine*
What You'll Do:
- In a large skillet, combine rice-pasta mix and margarine or butter. Sauté over medium heat until rice mixture is golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Slowly stir in water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 15 minutes.
- Stir in Special Seasonings. Cover; simmer 10 to 15 more minutes or until rice is tender.
High Altitude Directions:
Increase cook time in step 3 to 18 minutes.
*butter, or spread with no trans fat may be substituted
